Jessica Priest is a reporter based out of Temple-area. She received her bachelor's degree in mass communication with an emphasis in print journalism from Sam Houston State University in May 2011. She recently worked as intern at the nation's 10th largest newspaper, the Houston Chronicle. Before coming to the Chronicle, she reported during college at the Katy Times and the Huntsville Item. Jessica was also an editor at the Houstonian, a student-led university publication.
